send-hook: check In-Reply-To

Hi,

I want to set the attribution to 'On ... I wrote:' if I reply to my own
mail. This doesn't work:

set default_hook="~h %s"
send-hook ^In-Reply-To:... \
        "set attribution='...'"

How can I do that?
