Display HTML mail

Hi,

I've been wondering how to display the text/html part of messages.  I
have mutt set up that it will show the output of lynx in the pager and
that works ok, but sometimes I want to see the HTML mail in a GUI
browser.

My objectives are:
        - display the HTML mail in a GUI browser on demand
        - fast startup time (and by fast I mean instantaneous)
        - good integration into the desktop (which happens to be KDE in
          my case)

So, how are *you* doing that?
