Can you set up (or get set up) a webmail system on your system in
Massachusetts? This is what I do. I read my mail using mutt on a
remote system (not as far away as yours but that makes no odds
really). I view the run-of-the-mill HTML messages I get using Lynx
with mutt. The occasional problem one, or one where I want to see the
pictures, I bounce (mutt bounce) to another E-Mail address of mine on
the same remote machine and fire up the webmail system (Horde) to read
the message. If Horde is set up to do it one can view HTML and images
and I can reply directly from Horde.
