I have just tested it. It seems to work fine - when I enter a mailbox
mutt automatically takes off "N" flag from my messages :-)
In mailboxes view - the "N" flag still appears - but it always appears
whenever something changed in a mailbox (for e.g it was archived using
archmbox).
