 I've found that there is an issue with browsing and navigating IMAP
 folders if folder's name contains non-ASCII characters (i.e. folder name
 is IMAPUTF-7 encoded).
 The reason is in comparison of strings in a different encodings.
 The attached patch fixes this issue.
