This regression was introduced by the change to fix
http://dev.mutt.org/trac/ticket/3246 which is basically a test for which
text/* MIME types to display in the builtin viewer.
I think the idea behind the change is correct that all text/* should by
default be displayed in mutt instead of only a whitelist, but I also think
that text/html attachments should be blacklisted explicitly now. There is
a tentative patch by another user in the other bug.
