I can't edit that page because, both today and yesterday, I get an HTTP
error upon clicking the "Preferences" link [1].  In the meantime, could
someone please add an entry for me?

[1] Today, the error is a 404 error "The requested URL / was not found
on this server".  Yesterday, the error was "Software error: Could not
get user-ID lock at index.cgi line 3728" and instructed to email
webmaster@wiki --- but that address bounced.
