uh, only now i understand what you mean in the first place (which is
funny, because your summary line is perfectly clear, only the description
is confusing). you want these users to be regular elements of the alias,
only with the extra qualification to put them into Cc instead of To. i
think that's a perfectly valid enhancement. i only dislike the
"positional" syntax you suggested - i'd use a per-item prefix, like
"+<alias>" (and possibly "-<alias>" for the Bcc list), or possibly
"(<alias>)" or some such.
