It does have +x here. :)
I don't have --git set in .hgrc for the same reason as Matt doesn't make
it the default, so I guess I still assume committers will deal with
this locally, like they did with CVS. But I suppose I'll have to start
thinking of when to add it.
This patch looks fine to me, no point in my resubmitting it.
