I've misdiagnosed the bug slightly in comment 5. mx_fastclose_mailbox
doesn't free ctx, it just memsets it to 0. The rest of the comment should
still stand, and I'll put together a test patch that compares ctx to
Context in mx_fastclose_mailbox.
