I like most of this patch, but I'd be inclined to revert this
line. We don't do inline key hints anywhere else, so it makes the UI a
bit inconsistent, even if it is friendly. Picture:

Subject: None -- press (s)ubject

I don't think it's clear what makes the security menu more deserving
of hints than others.

I'm ok with dropping the hints, but I do prefer:

        Security: None

to

        Security: Clear

to indicate lack of security. Since the term 'clearsigning' is sometimes used for inline signatures, stating None seems prudent.
