It's sufficient to prevent Message-ID from being stripped when weed=0,
i.e. on recalling a postponed message. The attached patch fixes this and
also unbreaks the unset Fcc: behaviour when you use git imap-send to
append directly to the postponed folder, or move messages from another
folder into postponed.
