The documentation (in section "External Address Queries") gives an example
of query_command set to "mutt_ldap_query.pl '%s'". This however seems to
be incorrect, because all recent versions of Mutt add their own quoting to
%s, so using the single-quotes explicitly causes the string to be always
misquoted. Replacing "'%s'" by "%s" and leaving all quoting to Mutt should
fix the problem.
