Aaron, you might be right that it's a configuration issue. Sorry if I
prematurely assumed a problem with HostMonster. My suggestion would be to
consult the mutt-user mailing list since I don't believe it's a bug in
mutt. You might even find somebody there who is already familiar with
using mutt on HostMonster. You'll need to subscribe temporarily to the
list to be able to post. See http://www.mutt.org/mail-lists.html
Regarding the mutt debug file you collected with `mutt -d2`, you would
find that at ~/.muttdebug0. Did that not appear?
