 Hello,
 there seems to be a problem with the header encoding when there is a group
 list in the to-field (with :; at the end).
 for example: To: =?ISO-8859-1?Q?Ausgew=E4hlte?=:;

 Same problem when sending a mail, it won't be quoted.

 I tried it with version 1.5.16, 1.5.18 and 1.5.20 on debian sarge and
 lenny
