New description:
It seems the header cache does not work on sparc64. The cache is
apparently built, but when verified, never matches, and therefore is
always rebuilt.
The system showing the fault is a Sun Blade 1000 running OpenBSD-current.
The in-ports-tree version of mutt *and* todays nightly hg snapshot (when
built by hand), show this behavior.
My i386 machines also running OpenBSD-current does not show this behavior.
The hand built build was configured like so:
./configure --prefix=/opt/mutt --enable-imap --enable-hcache --with-sasl
--with-ssl
OpenBSD x31.home 4.6 GENERIC#58 i386
If any more information is required, please drop me an email.
Thanks
