Comment(by william):
Exact reason I want to search for BCC?
Imagine you send a message to someone, and you're later searching for it
in your fcc folder. I think most users don't care whether they used 'To',
'Cc' or 'Bcc' -- they want to find the message with a recipient or
recipients matching the pattern.
Obviously the main downside of changing this is that there might be some
performance impact, but since most messages won't have the Bcc header at
all, seems like this should be minimal.
A pattern that matches all addresses could work (or using the existing ~h
pattern), but in this case, I'm specifically looking for recipient
addresses only.
re Brendan's comment ("privacy gaffes") - when searching, at least, you
should only be able to see your own messages. I suppose I could imagine a
situation where you might accidentally take other actions based on a
simple pattern that could expose information unintentionally, but what
would those be? tag-forward?
