When sending an encrypted email to someone, and other people are listed as
Cc's, after asking for the encryption key of the person in the To: header,
 it
will also ask for encryption keys of those in the Cc: header. It may not
 always
be desirable to encrypt it for each and every listed Cc, but there is no
 way to
tell mutt not to do it.
