 Well, I thought quite some time about this sentence. Regardless of what
 any standard says, this makes lots of sense. So here we go, I attached a
 fix to it that allows specifying $wrap_headers between 50 and 998 chars.
 50 is just some arbitrary number so it doesn't get too short. Maybe we
 should even raise that to the recommended 78.
