{{{
When copying or moving/saving messages mutt adds Lines and
Content-Length headers. This is necessary for certain mbox formats,
because otherwise a line beginning with "From " in the message body is
difficult to disambiguate from the next message. However these headers
are not usefull for storages likes Maildir or imap. Even worse when
moving a message without these headers between Maildir folders the
contents change and therefore checksum-based synchronization tools have
to retransmit the whole message without this being necessary. It would
therefore be a good to not add these headers in the latter case.
Fortunately Emanuele Giaquinta has a short patch for this. All it does
is disable adding these headers for Maildir and imap destinations
