This is basically a system failure; data integrity can not be
guaranteed regardless.

If you don't want mutt to use /tmp by default, set $TMPDIR before
starting Mutt, or set Mutt's tmpdir in your muttrc.  There's no need
for this patch.  Please close this bug.
