I did not add any references to $spoolfile and $mbox_type to mutt(1) but
to muttrc(5) as appropriate. I think mutt(1) is a reference page only and
not verbose documentation of how things work.
If this is not sufficient, I can add a manual paragraph about how the
initial folder is determined.
