#3048: ZWSP at start of line causes display problems in pager

 When viewing a mail that has a ZWSP character (U+200B) at the beginning of
 a line, the character following it is placed incorrectly at the last
 column of the previous line.  Instead, that character following the ZWSP
 should be placed at the beginning of the line (as if the ZWSP was not
 there).
