New description:
When you change the content of an mbox folder externally while in pager,
then moving up/down to other msgs causes wrong seeking, pager is messed
up:
headers are not shown, or wrong parts of header/ body.
mutt should notice a changed mbox folder content in the pager as it does
in index
with same/ similar warning that it has changed and flags may be wrong.
