updated patch for spellcheck of subject line

Hey guys,

I took a moment and cleaned up my patch so it applies cleanly against
1.5.17:

I'd really love to see this patch get incorporated, being able to check
the spelling of your entire email is something a grown-up mail client
should be able to do :)
