#3013: Flea mail bounces

 Hi,

 I'm trying to report a bug with the "flea" tool.  I get bounces such as:


    ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
 <submit@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

    ----- Transcript of session follows -----
 <submit@xxxxxxxxxxxx>... Deferred: Connection refused by
 trithemius.gnupg.org.
 Message could not be delivered for 3 days
 Message will be deleted from queue

 Am I using the wrong flea?
