 OpenPGP headers (often Content-Type, Content-Transfer-Encoding, and
 Content-Disposition) are not shown when the full headers are toggled
 (display-toggle-weed).

 It would be quite nice to be able to see those headers, especially
 considering that they are part of the signed message (at least for
 unencrypted messages).

 Most notably, the current beheavior does not match the beheavor of other
 MIME headers.  For example, messages sent in both text/plain and
 text/html show said headers when full headers are showing.

 (P.S.  I am not sure if this issue is related to the RFC2047/RFC2231 issue
 mentioned in the latest TODO file.)
