#2957: mutt does not handle quotes in imap folders

Comment (by Dhirendra Singh Kholia):

 Hi Brendan,

"\"test&ARI-" <--- looks logical to me too.

But the obvious question that arises is that, how come the outlook web
 service/outlook
able to delete the same folder? ( i will double check with
 evolution/thunderbird/alpine on MONDAY at work!)

If evolution/thunderbird/alpine handle these types of folders ( which
 i guess _no_ )
then perhaps a fix for mutt would be possible.

Also i am facing some TLS like "unexpected length" and random
segfaults with mutt 1.5.16 ( as a workaround i use now fetchmail +
procmail + msmtp, this works fine!)

I saw "seg faults" filed against version 1.5.16 so didn't file them again.

 Regards,
 dsk
