I know this is a question for mutt-users, but I'll just try here:
Does anyone know a procmail rule to fix this?
Both per mail and per mbox would be nice.

I also have the problem that the emails which I can save from GMX
(German freemailer) are very mbox, but not quite. They used to be
perfectly compliant, but that changed a few months ago. A gzipped SPAM
is attached as an example. :) I know _this format_ (not related to the
one mentioned in the bug report) is only missing a From_ header. But
how to craft it easily?
