New description:

I attempted to report this the other day, but I don't think it got
 submitted.

In December of 2002, I reported a bug which causes Mutt to leave temp
files laying around after signing PGP-traditional messages. Thomas
supplied a patch against Mutt 1.4, and marked the bug as done.

However, the fix for this bug has not made it into Mutt 1.4.1, and I
am still seeing the problem. Furthermore, the patch for 1.4 does not
apply cleanly to 1.4.1. Admittedly, I haven't looked at the patch or the
relevant code very closely, and I don't really have the time to,
 unfortunately.
