iconv issue? [mutt/2560] (was: What is official repository now ?)

I am having the iconv issue? again [mutt/2560]. libiconv is
upgraded to 1.11 in the meantime:

Anyway, I have to remove that message manually to read the
mailbox in UTF-8 environment, otherwise force-quite with Ctrl-Z.
It works in iso-8859-1(5) environment.
Tested with "mutt -F /dev/null" and
"mutt -F /usr/local/etc/Muttrc".
