 It's Mark Crispin's opinion that mutt needs to recheck after
 login. It's Arnt Gulbrandsen's opinion (and mine) that the server is

 I'd rather not add another round trip, but maybe I have to. The simple
 solution for both mutt and mirapoint is for the IMAP proxy server to
 send a gratuitous capability command after authentication completes.
