"mutt -d" creates that muttdebug in ~/.muttXXX dir and wants to move it to ~
while it is already being accessed! This causes the creation of
~/.muttXXX/.nfsXXX
being a hardlink to the newly moved file.
When mutt ends, the .nfsXXX file is removed, but the ~/.muttXXX empty dir
remains behind, cluttering up home with each invocation.
