ack, but note that the composition patch isn't in the CVS, and that
for a reason. ;)
One idea that I could see as interesting is to not take the
composition patch, but rather generalize and introduce something
like a ask_hdr feature -- so people can configure mutt to ask for a
user-defined header.
Of course that brings up the question what the user interface for
inspecting these headers on the compose menu should look like.
