 Ideally, I'd like to be able to increment or decrement the score given
 to an individual mail on an adhoc basis by highlighting the mail in
 the index view and pressing a key & have the folder re-sort (if sorted
 by score obviously) to reflect the change.
 
 I appreciate this probably doesn't mesh very well with the current
 scoring infrastructure, if I understand it correctly.
