[PATCH] S/MIME bundle root CAcert.org

Hello ALL,

    The attached patch adds the root CA certificate for CAcert to Mutt's
default contrib/ca-bundle.crt used to trust S/MIME signatures. Looking at
<URL:http://www.cacert.org/> shows a free and seemingly serious CA, that
may merit some support.
