A new variable that calls collapse-all only when threading is enabled
could be useful.
collapse_threads [bool] maybe?
The push workaround as the only way of doing it currently always was a
bit clumsy anyways.
»set collapse_threads« would call collapse-all not only when entering
a folder but when switching from sort=date to sort=threads, when new
mail arrives, when you change the limit etc.
