    Hi Seth, and thank you for the report.

    The email has to be valid. *foo bar@xxxxxxxxxx* is not,
while *"foo bar"@novell.com* is valid and works OK.

    Mutt is too picky at parsing the From_ separator, and
does not react correctly when something is wrong. This has
been already discussed in bug/1200 "mbox From_ line format
over-strict expectations". I close this flea/2247 as
duplicate of /1200, and add you to the interested parties of
/1200.
