headers in display of email

hey all,

I was wondering if there was any way of filtering the headers in the display of 
email -
right now, when I look at email, all I *see* is headers. I have to hit space bar
just to get to the body of the email itself.

All I really care about is subject, from, and CC - I don't care about which 
mailer
I'm using, spamfilter, etc. I suppose I'd like a switch to toggle back and 
forth 
between these, but it isn't really necessary to see them all..
