I saw this reported as bug #870 on mutt-dev list but there's no
follow-up(and that's about five years ago with version 1.3.23!).
Basically when I use imap folders(over ssl) and confirmappend is
ignored. Whether I set it to yes or no it always save to the mailbox
without asking me. Is this a bug? Is there a workaround for this?
