I'm not sure that is clear here, we had discussed that on IRC:
The problem was that when the folder name is imap://user@host/ then
account-hook imap://user@host/ wouldn't work, only
account-hook imap://host/.
(There might have been additional problem with account-hook imaps://
not working, where imap:// did, but I'm not sure there.)
