mutt/2113: default value of $write_bcc is probably wrong

Currently, write_bcc defaults to yes.  This has the effect of surprising users 
of Exim, Lotus Notes, and other mailers which don't strip Bcc: headers from all 
incoming mail (including sendmail if configured that way by the sysadmin).  
This can have quite embarrasing effects for the sender...

The default value should probably be no, to avoid this problem.
