Setting imap_delim_chars set to "/." should make these characters 
interchangeable. This does not work when renaming IMAP folders or when defining 
hooks.

hook regexps should s/[$imap_delim_chars]/[$imap_delim_chars]/
so =INBOX/A would become =/INBOX[/.]A
