 Hi,

bug #1519 was solved by debian maintainer Adeodato Simó in 2004.

 see debian BTS:

 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=186891&trim=no&boring=yes

 Hi discovered: It's a bug in pgp 2.6.3 and produced a work-around
 patch for mutt in:

 http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=186891;msg=37;mbox=yes

 Ciao, Gregor

P.S.: I did not find any useful hints how to relate this email to
the bug report in mutts bug database. Hope the mail headers help.
