Reading through the SASL code gives me a bit of a headache on account of all the #ifdefs. I'd like to remove all the cyrus sasl 1.5 backward compatibility code and #ifdefs. I doubt anyone is actually using the old library any more, but I thought I'd ask first. Any objections?
