GNATS now working

Hi!

I have done some basic tests regarding the GNATS installation and it
seems that things are basically working now.

You may now reply to bug reports and they will be noted within the
tracker.  Keeping the reference number (like "mutt/42" or "Re:
mutt/42") as first item in the subject allows Gnats to match it with
the existing report.  For anti-spam reasons new reports are only
acceptable through the web interface or by using send-pr.  The address
for such followups is bug-any at bugs dot mutt dot org.

When using the webform, please make sure to select the correct
database, which is "mutt".  Using http://bugs.mutt.org will have this
as default.  Account and passwd are both guest.  Folks who require
write access to the tracker should contact Christoph Berg at
mutt-admin at bugs dot mutt dot org.
