I also see this on 1.5.9 occasionally, and I'm NOT using IMAP, and
AFAIK I don't have header cache enabled.  And FWIW I'm on Red Hat, not
Debian.  If I think of it, I'll run mutt under a debugger later and
see if it still happens (and get a backtrace if it does).
