For 1.5.10 - stuff_all_quoted

Does anyone see a reason why including Gary Johnson's "stuff all
quoted" patch isn't a good idea? Since most people using mutt
currently do NOT use an editor which supports flowed text, it looks a
lot nicer to quote messages like this:

> > blah blah blah blah blah

than like this:
> >blah blah blah blah blah

Also, in terms of /displaying/ messages, there's no reason that it has
to show up like:

>blah blah blah blah blah

 - one nice thing format=flowed text is that (by design) quoted text
can be displayed however you want, as long as quote-markers are
displayed properly when one replies to the message.

The default is unset, so shouldn't cause any major problems for people
who don't like this behavior.

The patch is at:
http://www.spocom.com/users/gjohnson/mutt/patches.html#stuff_all_quoted

against 1.5.5.1, but seems to still apply pretty cleanly to 1.5.9.
