Mutt-1.5.9 is on its way to the mirrors. You'll notice that it's lacking most of the patches that were sent to the list for 1.5.9, and weren't included immediately. The reason for this is that real life obligations (including two weeks of travel) have been taking priority. All patches that were sent to mutt-dev with "for 1.5.9" in their subject header are in the queue for 1.5.10. I'm planning to release 1.5.10 on or around April 3.
