Options still in init.h but don't exist?

There seem to be some orphaned options in init.h in 1.5.7 - the ones I
noticed are pgp_auto_traditional and pgp_create_traditional - they
aren't in the muttrc man page, but if you do (for example):
set pgp_create_traditional?, it autocompletes the name, and you get:

 pgp_create_traditional?: unknown variable

I'm guessing these, and possibly other, options need to be removed from
init.h as well as elsewhere, or are they just left in there so that
peoples old configs don't cause errors?
